Admiral Ship Supply's Return Policy
You may return most items to Admiral Ship Supply within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us by phone or email to obtain a Return Authorization. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Cut items such as rope, hose, Irish felt and fiberglass are generally not returnable but exceptions may be made on a case by case basis at our discretion depending on the quantity being returned. A full refund will be issued for items returned in new condition in their original packaging. A restock fee will apply to any product returned in such a condition that Admiral Ship Supply can not re-sell the product as a new item for its full retail price. Restock fees will be assessed at the discretion of Admiral Ship Supply on the receipt and inspection of the returned product and will be applied as a percentage of the purchase price. Admiral Ship Supply reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of any product that it deems is unsuitable to be restocked in the store and any item whose return has been refused may be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
